How Dawgs Studio handles returns, exchanges, and reprints for made-to-order custom dog tees.

Made-to-order policy

Every Dawgs Studio product is custom printed just for you, so we are only able to accept returns for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if something isn’t right.

Eligibility window

  • Report manufacturing defects or misprints within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Color variation of 5% or less compared to screen previews is within tolerance for direct-to-garment printing and is not considered a defect.

Requesting a return or reprint

  1. Email support@dawgs.studio with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.
  2. Our team reviews the claim within one business day and confirms next steps.
  3. When eligible, Printful produces a replacement or issues a refund through your original payment method.

Who covers return shipping?

If your item is defective or incorrect, Dawgs Studio covers all costs for a replacement or refund. When a return is approved, we will send a prepaid return label (if Printful requires the item back) or authorize a discard. For sizing exchanges on correctly printed items, we are unable to accept returns—please review the size chart before ordering.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once a refund is processed, your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
